In this session we’ll list 8 factors that can become an impediment to the Agile journey, starting with lack of clarity on vision/motivations for change, to failure to anchor change. Also we’ll share some of the traps such as absence of guiding coalition when an Agile transformation team rolls out incremental change. Sometimes we declare victory too soon, and hence we see team/team of teams plateau or reverse all gains.
