Outline for EKS Hands On Remote Workshop for Absolute Beginners Training
Using Cloud9 IDE as your CLI platform
- installing kubectl in your platform along with other AWS pre-requisites
- using eksctl to single command deploy your kubernetes cluster (15-minute wait)
- we will end by deploying the Kubernetes dashboard and a sample microservice
- delete and clean up the K8s cluster
Setup requirements: Each attendee must have their own AWS account. In this first session we can assist in the setup if needed. For other courses in the series you will use your same AWS account
