What you will learn

At the end of this class, the attendee will:

  •  Understand what business rules are, and what “the business rules approach”, in general, and Agile Business Rule Development stand for
  •  Understand the major functionalities and features of a business rule management system (BRMS) and its role/place in decision management in general
  •  Understand the typical architecture of a business rule application
  • Understand the business and technical drivers for decision management in general, and business rule management in particular
  • Understand the success factors for the adoption of the business rules approach
  • Be able to assess whether such an approach is appropriate for her/his particular business / application.
