This 1 day workshop covers ITSM.

This two day workshop is intended for System Administrators responsible for ITSM 5.2 Disaster Recovery Manager set up and implementation. This class focuses on the setup and use of the ITSM Disaster Recovery Manager to provide automated preparation of a disaster recovery plan.. The participants get the ITSM Disaster Recovery hands-on experience through numerous lab exercises.

This five day course is intended for System Administrators who will be installing and tailoring the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager solution for their data management strategy.  It teaches the participants the fundamentals of ITSM , the terminology, concepts and administrative functions used by ITSM for enterprise data management. The participants get the ITSM hands-on experience through numerous lab exercises.

This four day course is intended for System Administrators who will be installing and tailoring the IBM Tivoli Management Framework.  It teaches the participants the fundamentals of Framework which is the core component of the Tivoli Infrastructure. Terminology, concepts and administrative functions used by Framework are fully covered. The participants get the Framework hands-on experience through numerous lab exercises
