ITIL® is a set of best practices guidance that has become a worldwide-adopted framework for Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) by many Public & Private Organizations.  Since early 1990, ITIL® has been evolving from focusing on Functions and Processes under versions 1 and 2 to focusing on the Full Service Lifecycle Management under current version.

In addition to the existing benefits of aligning IT goals and objectives with the business, improving quality and reducing cost of operation; ITSM and ITIL® now emphasizes the following areas:

This exam-preparatory course provides comprehensive coverage of foundation concepts of ITIL®.  Through lectures and practice exam questions participants explore the concepts of good practice in IT Service Management based on the ITIL® Edition 2011Framework.

The ISACA COBIT Foundation course with the COBIT Games is a highly interactive and engaging classroom learning experience. It addresses the benefits of a sound IT governance framework and explains how to realize effective IT governance using the COBIT best practice framework. This training program explains the elements and supporting materials of the COBIT framework in a logical and example-driven approach for everyone interested in obtaining foundation-level knowledge of COBIT.

The COBIT®   Foundation Certificate program is intended to enable the course participants to apply the COBIT®   Governance Framework guidelines to their IT Service Management programs.  This program is offered over a 2 day period and includes approximately 16 hours of student-instructor interaction; a 1.0 hours formal certification exam on the afternoon of the third day.  The Examination is comprised of 40 multiple choice questions. The standard duration of the exam is 60 minutes.  The course is taught by experience instructors who bring real life experiences into the classroom, the deliver approach combines theoretical and hands-on knowledge transfer, including exercises.
