Install and setup the software in the following order (click the software title for installation instructions) :

1. Click the link IBM DB2 V7.2 Enterprise Edition for installation.
2. Upgrade the JDBC driver to JDBC 2.0
   
   Open a Command Prompt window. (Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt).
   Change to the java12 directory within your DB2 installation (the directory typically will be something like C:\Program Files\SQLLIB\java12).
   Run usejdbc2 and confirm that an inuse file has been created in the same directory.
   At the command prompt, type type inuse. This displays the contents of the file to the console. If usejdbc2 ran successfully, the contents of the file should be JDBC 2.0.
   Close the Command Prompt window.
3. Click the link IBM DB2 V7.2 Fix Pack 8 Installation for installation.
4. Click the link IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer v5.0 for installation.
5. Click the link IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer Fix Pack 5.0.1 for installation.
6. Copy the contents of the Portal Server CD to C:\softwareImage\wps
7. Copy the contents the PortalToolkit43.exe from the Portal Toolkit CD in c:\softwareImage\toolkit
