| Class Start Time: Unless otherwise stated, all courses will begin at 8:30 a.m. Office doors open at 8:00 a.m., so please feel free to come in early to enjoy a coffee and a breakfast snack. |

| Messages: For any necessary message from coworkers and family, the main line number of the Calgary office is (403)206-4640. If the message is of high priority, please have the party indicate the level of importance; otherwise the message will be relayed during the next class break in order to avoid disruptions. The main sitting area of the office contains an analog phone line along with phone books and pen/paper in order to check and return messages. This line may also be used to connect a laptop computer if required. |

| Washrooms: Men’s – Located directly across the hall from the main entrance of Web Age Solutions. Women’s – Located at the opposite end of the corridor passed the elevators, and to the left. |

| Snacks and Beverages: Please feel free to help yourself to all snacks, juice, fruits, coffee, tea, etc. from the lunchroom area. |

| Restaurants in close proximity: Having a downtown location means ample choices for eateries. The main floor of the Web Age Solutions Inc. building (Calgary House) has three restaurants, Nathan’s, ZIPS Pizzeria, and The Pied Pickle. A food court is located on the second floor of the Burlington Building (5th Avenue and 5th Street) across the street. To reach the food court via the +15 walkway, take the elevator down to P2, and then walk through the parkade, up the stairs and turn left, this will take you to the Burlington Building to enjoy Subway, A & W, Dairy Queen, Jugo Juice, plus many others.
