Signing up for classes "a la carte" is a great way to get your team the ad-hoc training that they need. When your organization is interested in educating a single business unit or even the entire enterprise, then a more comprehensive approach is needed.
Creating a customized education program is not as complicated as it might first seem. There are three basic steps.

Step 3: Collaborate to refine the education program
Through a series of collaborative exchanges, we will work with your team to tailor the learning plan, course content, measurement metrics, and any other facets of the education program that do not properly align with your goals
Step 4: Pilot, refine, and roll out
The final stage involves an incremental and iterative process. For each role, our master educators will work with your organization to conduct a pilot course and then refine that course based upon team feedback. At this point, the course is ready for general release within the organization.
