SharePoint 2013 has Performance Point Services that allows Business Intelligence users to create dashboards. Dashboards, simply put, are web pages that displays multiple related reports without having any prior knowledge of HTML / JavaScript etc. It comes with a tool called Dashboard Designer, which is quite similar to any MS Office tool, that allows creation and deployment of dashboards with ease.
