Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Tapas is the founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Web Age Solutions, Inc. He has over ten years of experience in management, consulting, Instructor Led Training, and courseware development.
Formerly with IBM, Tapas' past experience includes architecting IBM's flagship e-commerce product, WebSphere Commerce Suite, and serving as Development Manager of Internet Solutions for Cognos' Impromptu Web Reports. Additionally, Tapas is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBM's e-business Marketplace products. Tapas' technical expertise includes Web Services, WebSphere, Java, OOAD, C++, e-commerce, and more.
Tapas holds a B.E in Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, as well as a Master's from the University of Newfoundland in Electrical Engineering (VLSI Design).

Vice President, Business Development
Gary is Vice President of Business Development at Web Age Solutions, where he leads the Canadian Sales team, Operations, and New Business Development. Joining the Web Age team in 2002, he brought with him over 10 years of industry experience in Corporate Sales and Vendor Management. Gary has helped lead Web Age to two consecutive years as Canada’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies and continues to meet and exceed aggressive growth targets.
Gary holds a B.A. in Management from the University of Lethbridge.

Vice President, U.S. Operations
Greg has been in the training and education industry for over 11 years, and currently manages US Sales and Operations for Web Age Solutions. Greg is a senior sales and management professional with extensive experience supporting Fortune 100 companies. He is currently responsible for all aspects of day to day U.S. operations at Web Age Solutions including, sales, marketing, training delivery, employee development, budgeting, forecasting, vendor and contract negotiations.
Prior to this, Greg was Vice-President of the training division of Judge, an $80 million dollar staffing company. Greg supports clients Internationally in all areas of technology.
Greg holds a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University.

Chief Technology Officer
Bibhas services as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Web Age Solutions. Bibhas possesses the unique combination of technical knowledge and educational best practices, and as such, heads content development for Web Age. His consulting and instructional background enables him to provide unique insight in identifying the educational demands of tomorrow's technology.
Prior to this, Bibhas was a team leader of the IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite V5.1 at IBM's Toronto lab. He has expert level knowledge of J2EE architecture and has mastery level skills with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal Server. Bibhas is the author of public domain J2EE projects such as J2EE Scheduler and Commander Framework.
Bibhas holds a Bachelor's in Technology in Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's of Engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Director, Emerging Technologies
Kyle Gabhart joined the Web Age team in February 2007 to head up the Emerging Technologies Division. In this capacity, he directs the creation and maturing of education and mentoring solutions and works closely with clients to align solutions with their needs. The Emerging Technologies division includes Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM), Master Data Management (MDM), Web 2.0, Web Services, XML, and Cloud Computing. Additionally, Kyle frequently participates in industry events around SOA and Enterprise architecture as a speaker and expert panelist.
Kyle has served in a variety of technical and business-focused roles across a broad range of industries, including Defense, E-commerce, Finance, Semiconductor, and Telecom, to name a few.
Kyle has contributed extensively to the SOA and Web Services community since 2001 as a consultant, mentor, author, speaker, and Open Source contributor. Solutions, Paul has extensive development and training experience in a wide
range of Microsoft products.
Prior to joining Web Age Solutions, Paul was instrumental in the Development and Architectural design of several mission critical applications using Microsoft System and Development technologies. Paul is an expert with Microsoft's enterprise servers and infrastructure platform. Paul also has strong application architecture and design skills with emphasis on web driven business intelligence, financial and management information systems. Whether Paul is leading a multi-million dollar Microsoft Application Design project or teaching an instructor-led training engagement, his ability to effectively communicate, his attention to detail, and his ability to articulate complex points makes him one of the best in the field.
